Terms of Service

Conditions for using Mizz.

Last updated: October 12, 2026.

These terms govern access to the website and Mizz services offered by OnTimeStack. By using the service, you confirm that you can accept these conditions for yourself or the organization you represent.

1. Service scope

Mizz organizes order, progress, and delivery flows for food service operations. Features, limits, setup, support, and price depend on the applicable offer or contract. Mizz does not replace fiscal, accounting, employment, health, or management obligations that remain the establishment's responsibility.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information, protect your access methods, and allow use only by authorized people. Activity performed through an account may be attributed to the organization responsible for it unless unauthorized use is demonstrated and reported without delay.

3. Permitted use

You may use Mizz for lawful purposes related to your operation. You may not violate laws or third-party rights, attempt to access data without authorization, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, perform reverse engineering prohibited by law, or use the platform for fraud or abuse.

4. Commercial conditions

Price, term, billing, renewal, cancellation, setup, and contracted features are defined in the proposal, order, or contract accepted by the parties. If there is a conflict about these specific conditions, the applicable commercial instrument prevails, subject to mandatory law.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, failures, integrations, and events beyond reasonable control may cause interruptions. We may correct, update, or change features while preserving contractual commitments and communicating relevant changes when applicable.

6. Third-party services

Some features depend on infrastructure, authentication, messaging, maps, notification, payment, or integration providers selected by the establishment. Use of these features may also be subject to the provider's terms. The availability of an integration does not give Mizz control over the third-party service.

7. Personal data

Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and, when applicable, the contract between OnTimeStack and the establishment. Each organization remains responsible for the decisions and instructions it makes about data under its control.

8. Intellectual property

Mizz, its software, visual identity, documentation, and original content belong to OnTimeStack or its licensors. The contract grants only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during its term. You retain rights to content you submit and authorize its processing only to operate and protect the service.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated as provided in the contract, for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, or a material breach of these terms. When circumstances allow, we will seek to provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue before taking action.

10. Responsibilities

The establishment is responsible for its products, prices, service, registered content, operational decisions, and compliance with rules applicable to its business. Each party's liability for damages follows the contract and applicable law; these terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be limited.

11. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, security, or law. The published version states the date of its latest update. Material changes will be communicated through reasonably available means when required.
