Table, counter and open-area service

The order moves.
The information needs to move with it.

When an order moves through service, kitchen and delivery, keeping who ordered, where it goes and its current stage clear helps the team move faster. Mizz keeps this information together throughout the flow.

Day to day

On busy days, clarity at every stage helps the operation flow

Beyond preparation, smooth service depends on the team tracking the order and the customer with the same clarity.

01

Customers have a simple way to order again

In a large dining room, deck, garden or beach setting, the team can make repeat orders and status checks easier without relying on the customer waiting, waving or getting up.

02

The order changes hands

Service, kitchen and delivery need the same understanding of items, changes and delivery location. When everyone works from the same information, handoffs become smoother.

03

The team finds the customer more quickly

Keeping a ready order connected to its delivery location helps the team reach the customer and continue serving the next orders.

How Mizz helps

The same order follows the customer from start to delivery

With order information together in a single flow.

Order

The customer or team records the items, changes and delivery location.

Preparation

The kitchen receives the order and updates its progress in one queue.

Tracking

Customers and staff can see the status without relying on repeated questions.

Delivery

The ready order stays connected to the table, pickup or agreed location.

For the customer

More clarity to order, track and receive, including when they want to order again.

For the team

Aligned information across service, kitchen and delivery.

For the manager

A view of orders and timing to identify where the operation can be optimized.

Who it is for

Mizz supports on-site service. It does not replace your ERP.

The focus is keeping the order, progress and delivery location together. Tax, inventory, purchasing, finance and accounting stay in the establishment's management system.

It may be a fit

When service covers different areas

Large dining rooms, outdoor tables, beaches, pools, gardens, pickup or other formats where an order passes through several people before reaching the customer.

Another priority may come first

When the priority is administrative

If the most urgent need is issuing invoices, managing inventory, calculating food cost or organizing the register, those needs remain with the establishment's management system.

Guided pilot

Test it in the operation before deciding whether to continue

First, we understand how service works today. If Mizz is a fit, we configure one location and follow its use with the team.

Results tracked in practice

The decision comes from the real routine

Before the pilot, we agree on which opportunities to track. During use, the manager observes whether the team gained clarity and made service flow more smoothly.

Online payments, integrations with other systems, equipment and custom development are not part of the standard offer.

Next step

Tell us where your team could gain more agility

You do not need to prepare a presentation or gather every number. A short conversation about the routine is enough to see whether showing the product makes sense.

  1. You describe the operation. Where orders come in, who prepares them and how they reach the customer.
  2. We assess it together. We determine whether Mizz can support that service flow.
  3. The demo comes later. We show only what relates to the opportunities identified.

Direct contact: when you submit, your information reaches the Mizz team and is used only to review and respond to your request.

Common questions

What matters before the conversation

Does Mizz replace my ERP or fiscal POS?

No. Mizz organizes on-site service. Inventory, tax, finance, purchasing and accounting remain outside its scope.

Do I need to replace everything I use today?

No. The first conversation is precisely to understand the current flow and the pilot's limits. Integrations with other systems are not part of the initial promise.

What is included in the pilot?

One location, guided setup, follow-up during use and support during business hours. The exact scope is confirmed before activation.

Does Mizz charge per order or take a percentage of sales?

No. The pilot costs US$ 49 per month and does not take a percentage of sales.
